ASTRA OFFROAD AURORA HANDLEBARS

The Aurora Series handlebars are tailored for hard enduro riding applications. The Aurora Series feature Astra’s posture-centric design criteria to improve weight transfer and are designed with minimal sweep as well as a widened grip position to promote stability in challenging terrain. 

The Aurora Series handlebars are available with a 30 mm rise and a 35 mm rise. The Aurora Series handlebars are fabricated from high quality 7050 aluminum 4mm tubing to strike the perfect balance between strength and flex. The taper is designed to improve flex, maximize space for controls, and provide easier access to the bike’s suspension. 

 The Aurora Series handlebars feature a unique grip position that promotes widened elbows and neutral wrist alignment, keeping you in your attack position and reducing hand pain and arm pump. 

ASTRA BAR NEW RANGE SUMMARY:

The Aurora range are the most extreme profile, favoured but Wade Young and Teo Kabachiev.

The Gemini range are have a slightly more relaxed sweep, favoured by Jarvis and Gomez.

The lower rise versions (30/27mm) are designed to perform better on technical climbs.
The higher rise versions (35/38mm) are designed to perform better on technical downhills

The Apollo bars are suitable for mixed riding with the most relaxed (less aggressive sweep)
