MOTOBLEED - BREMBO EASY BLEEDER KIT

The MOTOBLEED Easy Bleeder is designed to allow easier and faster bleeding of Brembo Clutch and Brake master cylinders.

Clutch and Brake fluids should be changed regular for maximum performance and feel.

The additional fluid volume means you wont accidently bleed air into the system when the fluid level drops in the bleeding process.

Simply remove the original cylinder cap and fit the MotoBleed with original screws

• Additional 150ml bleeding capacity
• Replaceable gasket to prevent leaks
• Faster Easier Bleeding 

Easy fluid flush process:

1. Remove slave cylinder bleed nipple and wipe off any brake fluid
2. Wrap a small amount of ptfe tape around bleed nipple thread 
3. Screw nipple back into the slave cylinder until snug
4. Fit syringe or pipe with one way valve onto bleed nipple
5. Undo the bleed nipple half turn
6. Remove Master cyclinder cap and install MotoBleed
7. Fill MotoBleed with DOT 5.1 Fluid
8. Pull the Master lever until fluid drops below cap level

Fluid exiting into syringe should now be clear and new.

If fluid is still dark in colour, add more fluid and repeat from step #8

       9. Tighten bleed nipple
     10. Remove syringe and MotoBleed
     11. Clean excess fluid. Job done

MotoBleed kit also comes with roll of PTFE tape for reverse bleeding

If you need to bleed a new slave cylinder or prefer to reverse bleed the system, then firstly take the slave bleed nipple out, clean brake fluid off and rap the thread 5 times with PTFE tape then reinstall the nipple. This will stop air being sucked in through the threads when reverse bleeding. (This is not really necessary when bleeding from top)
